DNPs of Color (DOC) is a 501c3 nonprofit group. Our mission is serve DNPs of Color through networking, mentorship and advocacy to increase diversity in doctoral studies, clinical practice and leadership.
Our Vision is to inspire, empower and transform the landscape of nursing by increasing diversity in the doctor of nursing practice degree.
This group is open to anyone that is a current DNP, DNP student or anyone that has a motivation to connect to increase diversity in our profession. We believe in taking action to inspire change and to make a positive impact.
